Terms & Conditions
All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit.
Meal times are prearranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.
Accounts must be paid CASH ON ARRIVAL. Credit Cards, Cheques and Postal Orders are DEPOSITS ONLY.
Damage caused to your accommodation or hotel property including wetting beds by yourself or a member of your party will be billed.
In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let, the person whose signature appears on the booking will be liable to pay for the total cost as per the reservation, less any allowance for food and service. Deposits are not refundable but will be deducted from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract.
On all parties of 10 or more, balance to be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival. Coach parties must confirm their final numbers 21 days prior to arrival (otherwise short numbers to be paid in full). On large parties sleeping arrangements are as booked i.e. doubles, twins, family and singles but sometimes it is unavoidable to place the same gender parties in doubles, but the party organiser will be notified of this in advance.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person whos is party to that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests.
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests property unless handed in for safe custody.
All cars must vacate the car park by 10:30am on the day of departure. No responsibility will be taken for loss or damage to cars left and their contents. A charge is made for front parking. Static car park at rear is free. Our car park is on a first come first served basis unless you have reserved a space for a £20 charge when paying deposit.
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
